Therapists have the flexibility to create their own schedules, based on office availability.
Full time therapists who maintain 28 client hours weekly are eligible for enrollment in a health cost reimbursement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 billable hours weekly.
- Keep documentation and manage client files promptly using an electronic health record.
- Conduct consultation calls with potential clients.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and weekly consultations.
- Address and respond to client queries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
- Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, MFT-LP) and Associate applicants.
- Proficient in conducting confidential telehealth sessions using appropriate technology.
- Experience working with couples or a willingness to do so.
- Availability for some evening and/or weekend sessions.
- Ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with warmth and directness.
- Passion for mindful, integrative therapy, with additional interest or training being a plus.
- Dedication to personal growth, continuous education, and professional development.
- Self-sufficiency and strong organizational skills, with a mindset suited for private practice.
- Comprehensive understanding of emotional disturbances and mental health diagnoses.
- Commitment to integrating Christian faith into mental health practice according to each client’s preferences.
